Are Koreans exercising too much?

While Malaysians are sitting on their butts and piling on the kilos, Koreans are sustaining injuries due to exercise!

Exercise-related injuries in Korea have increased 60% from 1.04mil (2002) to 1.63mil (2006)! The most common complaint is ankle injury, usually sustained while running in a marathon or playing football. The second most common complaint is tennis elbow.

Whoa, Koreans are a healthy bunch aren’t they? Such enthusiasm for exercise!
