We’ve received some interesting comments ever since we announced that Yoon Eun-hye will be singing for new hip-hop duo Mighty Mouth. The track is simply entitled Saranghae (I Love You).

Yoon Eun-hye is an ex-Baby V.O.X member who shot to stardom as an actress after appearing in the dramas Goong and Coffee Prince.

The official MV for Saranghae has not been released yet but as always, an industrious fan(s)? has created this montage to go with the song. There are loads of pics of the 24-year-old actress and her rumoured boyfriend, Kim Joong-kook.

    It sounds like she has the potential to be a good singer, it’s just that this song is not the ideal showcase for her talent.

    I wouldn’t write her off as being an ‘awful singer’ or tell her to stick to acting – just because one song doesn’t sound absolutely spectacular doesn’t mean that she can’t be a great singer.

    there is a reason why she didn’t hit off big when she was in VOX
    the girl can’t sing, she try to be singer once, that didn’t work out, her last hope was clining on her Xman guest star role, now that she’s a huge name in the acting industry, she should just stick to acting, don’t be greedy, or.. we will again witness another “lee dae hee”
    In my opinion, she’s too greedy
    she dominate the acting world with hit dramas now she want the daesang award too, try to be a singer

    She gotta know when enoug’s enough.
    don’t push it, or it will have some negative effect

    Anonymous #2 first of all she is not being greedy at all, she is just helping the newbies Mighty Mouth on their debut album and has no intention on making a comeback as a singer, she already said that on her CY. It’s not greed when you set to help others with your star status.
    So saying that she’s being greedy is a bit harsh.
    And sorry, but her singing is way better than Lee Dae Hae, who just shook her butt on stage, to distract the audience from her horrible voice.

    yoon eun hye has a talent for singing, she may not have a “mariah carey” voice but she can really sing. her voice is nice.(please dont compare her to lee da hae, she’s far better from her)
    and she’s not greedy or anything,
    i think those people who tell bad things about her singing are those who are insecure and anti-eun hye…so please..stop it…araseo!!!

    yea, i agree with the people that support Eun Hye. even though Eun Hye doesnt have the best voice out there, she can still sing. she’s not being greedy or whatever you anti-fans believe. like one person said, she’s only helping out Mighty Mouth. there’s nothing greedy about that. and it’s not like Eun Hye was the one that thought of the idea to sing with them. i personally think her voice is nice to listen to. and i hope she will be able to perform this song on stage. ^^

    i like this song. it has a very catchy tune. Mighty Mouth reminds me of Tablo & Epik High. YEH is not bad. :-)

    In all honesty, I like it.
    The song is catchy, the rapping was good and Yoon Eun Hye’s voice is really sweet. It matches with the theme of the song “I Love You”.

    she sounds fine! not horrible or anything but not spectacular. i agree with the first comment, her vocals are simple and sweet. at least she can sing in tune! thanks for sharin the song- i like it too! im gona add it to my current playlist ^^

    Not bad at all. It’s actually quite nice.

    Her voice is simple yet sweet and I like that she’s not overdoing it.

    I think I’m going to listen to it once more and try to find the mp3 version.

    My friend is totally obsessed with YEH. I personally don’t know if she can sing but i think she’s do better acting. Just don’t tell my friend i said that.

    I think GOONG was much nicer to watch than hearing her singing just now..

    Hmm ..people who like it gave me the opportunity so I could (do something) with my lack of skills…

    The song came out nice… it’s a relief..

    It was a disaster at first..

    I don’t know if the article was saying because I want to pointlessly become a singer..

    Do you know how many talented singers there are these days?~ T_T;;

    I can’t even sing, let alone be a singer.. lol

    Stuff about come-back or whatever.. ahh just thinking about that makes me stress so much!! puehehe~

    I’ve been reading this blog for quite a while now but have never been tempted to post a comment. But after having completed some major work, I thought I’ll celebrate it with the K-popped trio. Hahaha…

    Anyway, it’s obvious that YEH is doing this for fun. She’s not really out to get critical acclaim or to win some Daesang Award.

    So, with that in mind, I think YEH did a fine job with the song. Firstly, I must say that the song is rather catchy and YEH’s background vocals add an interesting element to the main rapping piece. It’s just such a sweet piece. Hearing the song just lifts my spirits up.

    Anyway, thanks to the K-popped trio for bringing up YEH news here. I enjoy reading them almost as much as the posts on food. Hahaha…

    Well, her voice isn’t bad at all. She isn’t the best around albeit but she’s far from bad. Still, I prefer her as a actress since she’s very good at that.

    reading half of these comments with people bad-mouthing yoon eun hye on her voice, i wanted to know if anyone of you could do better.

    it’s not like she’s trying to dominate the acting world and the gasoo world. she’s helping out mighty mouth in their debut album. i find that commendable on her behalf. plus, she has no intentions on going back into singing. so why bad mouth her?

    yes, she was in baby VOX and she may not have been the best singer of the group but she was good enough to be in the group. can anyone of you say that?

    yoon eun hye has a nice voice and has the potential of going back into singing. i wish her all the best.

    of coz she can sing… she’s Yoon Eunhye la… she can sing in Baby VOX… why can’t she sings now? her voice might not be good… but other singers also cannot sing well… but still can be famous… so what?

    YEH is quite a good singer. I became an instant fan after watching Coffee Prince and I also was aware of Baby VOX when I was in grade school. Just didn’t know she was in it until I watched CP. But, I have to say, YEH has a great voice. She’s no Mariah Carey, but for Korea, she has a cute voice. And I love it. I think Mighty Mouse went to a great direction by having YEH sing on the song. There are great singers out there, but there are also horrible singers too. But, YEH is above the worst, bad, and good. She’s amazing. =]

    omg, can’t YEH sing without people trying to badmouth her? what the heck, she’s just trying to enjoy a hobby of hers. there’s nothing wrong with that. if she wanted to be known for singing, she wouldn’t have quit BABY VOX, okay. and as far as i know she’s not being arrogant about it; she actually worries that she might not be good enough. she’s so good-natured and charitable and if you can’t see it, then, honey, you’re blind.

    Kudos to YEH for helping out newbie talent! She’s even modest in her assessment of her own efforts and is clearly not doing this for her own (material) benefit.

    YEH may not have a strong voice but I thought her singing contrasted well with Might Mouth’s rapping and made this a catchy song.

    YEH’s voice sounds so sweet in this song…it really blends well with the rapping part =D And she is not greedy , as someone stated…she was already a singer before her acting career…plus, what’s wrong with singing, if she already has the skills?

    although its been so long since she last sang, since baby vox time, her voice is even better now. although she crossed over to acting, she could still sing well. Its funny how society criticize her for when she wanted to try out acting from being a singer. And now, they are all trying to put her down and negative comments flying here and there about her singing when she started out as a singer first. I love this song of her and mighty mouth. their voices compliment each other well. -luckyvhang-

    she was never that great in baby vox. actually, she had the weakest voice. and now after listening to the song, i say her voice is still very medicore. there’s nothing special about it and it also doesn’t add much to the song.

    Anyway, she seems like a real sweetheart. Very modest. Perhaps shy? Not an ounce of arrogance in her soul. :) She’s not a great vocalist but she’s not bad either. She sounds alright to me. The song is quite catchy, indeed

    i wonder if people know that what they say reflects who they are.. and that words can bring life (motivate people, give them hope and a desire to succeed) or death (hurt and discourage people to the point of destroying their soul, get them depressed).. i sure hope they do, coz then perhaps we will all be more careful with what we say..

    i think YEH is such a sweetheart for lending her popularity and sweet voice to the new rap duo MM. she may not be the best singer but she carried the tune of the song very well.

    YEH fighting! don’t get affected by those people who always want to see u down because there are more people who supports and loves u!

    Some of those comments are dumb ~~ nothing about her being an actress or anything – she was a singer to begin with! And okay so she’s not Mariah Carey but hey if Hyun Young can get a #1 song I’m sure that YEH should be allowed to sing whaever the hell she wants without people all over her.

    She’s not a bad singer, she’s just not a brilliant one either – so let her do her thing. The song sounds cute, just like it’s supposed to be.

    And to the person who said she’s reaching too much. I’m pretty sure she knows she can’t win a Daesang award by singing ONE SONG…she doesn’t even have a solo album out so I wouldn’t start judging her.

    She has been in a pop from called Baby V.O.X. since she was in third year middle school. Hm, I guess none of you knew that. Don’t be dising my friend, okay?

    Bejeezus, I can’t believe people would talk such nasty things about her. She has such a great singing voice; of course, it may not be the best, but she still has a great range.
