South Korean CEOs love the Apple iPhone. They have voted the sleek, shinny PDA phone as the most inspirational invention of year 2007.
In a poll of 590 CEOs conducted by the Samsung Economic Research Institute, 26.4% of respondents chose the iPhone as the #1 item of inspiration among the devices included in Time Magazine’s “Inventions of 2007“.
The CEOs’ choice of the iPhone shows that local business leaders think highly of functional integration and refined design, the research institute said.
From the Apple website:
iPhone is a revolutionary new mobile phone that allows you to make a call by simply tapping a name or number in your address book, a favorites list, or a call log. It also automatically syncs all your contacts from a Windows PC, Mac, or Internet service. And it lets you select and listen to voice mail messages in whatever order you want — just like email. iPhone is available in an 8GB model for USD399 and a new 16GB model for USD499.
