Lodged among the 25 artists are three “k-popped” acts namely Mad Soul Child from South Korea, Korean American Jennifer Chung and Far*East Movement (two of its members – Prohgress & J-Splif – are Korean).

Mad Soul Child is a pop-electro trio made up of a DJ Chanwoo, vocalist Jansil and VJ Kwon. Formed in 2001, the trio has since collaborated with Queen of Kpop Lee Hyori and Jo Sungmo. Check out Mad Soul Child’s V.I.P Girl below.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Chung is a YouTube sensation. The video of her singing Alicia Key’s No One has exceeded the 5 million mark! Watch it below:

Far*East Movement is a hip hop act that, among other things, has collaborated with Se7en. Check out the band’s hit Girls on the Dance Floor from their 2009 album Animal.Surf over to MTV Iggy and vote for your fav acts! The talent with the most votes will be given more exposure on MTV Iggy.

I know I’m not doing the talents much justice with the write-up. 미안해요! It’s because I’m not really into the music. Gimme good old Kpop with all its clichés and I’m a happy person. But hey, you might like it :-).

Excuse me. *goes off to listen to 2PM’s Don’t Stop, Can’t Stop* 😛
