TVXQ to Perform in Malaysia Again After 6 Years

TVXQ is back! The duo — Uknow Yunho and Max Changmin — will be performing live in our country on May 18. The pair will make a stop in Malaysia as part of their brand new TVXQ! LIVE WORLD TOUR.

The concert will be TVXQ’s first concert in Malaysia as a duo. Back in 2007, TVXQ performed as a quintet in our country. Check out our review of the concert here.

TVXQ went on a hiatus after The 3rd Asia Tour Concert Mirotic in Seoul  in 2009. In 2010, all TVXQ activities were suspended when three of its members decided to file a lawsuit against their agency, SM Entertainment.

However, in 2012, TVXQ returned as a duo (Uknow Yunho and Max Changmin) and released an album entitled Catch Me.  Now, the guys are set to make fans swoon again with their concert at  Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam on May 18.

The Catch Me tour kicked off in Seoul, South Korea in October 2012, with 20,000 concert tickets sold out within five minutes. The duo is making k-pop history by being the first group to bring their tour to popular entertainment domes in Japan such as the Saitama Super Arena, Tokyo Dome, Osaka Kyocera Dome, Fukuoka Yahoo! Japan Dome, Sapporo Dome and Nagoya Dome. Their world tour will also stop in Hong Kong, Beijing and other Asian cities.

For the Malaysian concert, shuttle buses from KL Sentral to Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam will be provided by the organizers. Vouchers for the shuttle bus are available for purchase at the ticket counter when purchasing your ticket or through the organizer on the day of the event.
