The trio JYJ which consists of ex-TVXQ members Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu are doing tremendously well. Aiming to start off on a fresh footing and leave the feud with SM Entertainment behind, they aptly call their first album “The Beginning”. JYJ has already got 520,000 pre-order sales for their album The Beginning and are touring, performing showcases to promote the album. JYJ makes a stop in Malaysia this weekend. TVXQ’s Hero attends screening of Heaven’s Postman
Pretty boy Hero Jaejoong makes his first public appearance since word of Hero’s – along with DBSK members Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu’s – legal tussle with his agency SM Entertainment hit the news. Heaven sent: Wouldn’t you like to receive lettersfrom a postman like Hero? The DBSK (TVXQ, if you want) member stars in the teledrama Heaven’s Postman. He was at Wangsimni CGV in Seongdong-gu, Seoul this afternoon (Nov 9) for the special press screening.As the 23-year-old has always been flanked by other TVXQ members during press events, Hero admitted to being rather nervous on his first solo outing. They started off their fouth album promotions with a press conference and a Fall Mini Concert at Seoul City Hall on the 21st Sept 2008. TVXQ or Dong Bang Shin Ki have also waited a long time to come back to their Korean fans. They are happy to performin Seoul again and are very excited to show their fans a more mature TVXQ. Yes, this is what fans have been waiting for. The rising gods of the East – TVXQ/ DBSK – will be dropping their 4th Korean album on Sept 24. After 19 months away from their South Korean fans, the highly popular boyband is set to make a comeback in their homeland this month! OK final word on how to address this group: will be using TVXQ (Tong Vfang Xien Qi) even if their Korean moniker is DBSK (Dong Bang Shi Ki) because they are known as the former here in Malaysia. The highly-anticipated concert called Rising Sun 1st Asia Tour was held at Putra Stadium, Bukit Jalil on July 14, 2006! (Were you there? We weren’t because we weren’t K-popped yet). The quintet made their very first public appearance on Dec 26, 2003 during the BoA and Britney Spears’ showcase in Korea. The following year, they released their debut album, Tri-angle. At one point, the group’s agency SM Entertainment considered adding a Chinese member to help boost the quintet’s popularity in other countries, but the idea was quickly scrapped after much opposition from fans!
