Cha Seung-won shows off dreadlocks

Headache: ‘Ouch, I think my dreadlocks are too tight.’

Cha Seung-won (38) showed off his dreadlocks while in Seoul this morning to promote his upcoming flick Eye for an Eye, Tooth for a Tooth.

In the movie, the Kick the Moon actor portrays a brilliant criminal who is tracked down by a top detective (Han Seok-kyu).

It took 7 months to film the highly-anticipated action flick. Shooting locations included Seoul, Jeju Island and Busan.

The final scene, which was shot in Busan earlier this year, involved Han’s character raiding Cha’s gang at the Busan harbour. The set-up included many extras and numerous land and sea vehicles.

Eye for an Eye, Tooth for a Tooth, which is directed by Kwak Gyeong-taek (Typhoon) is scheduled for a July 31 release in South Korea.

Gettin’ even: (l-r) Han Seok-kyu (good guy), Kwak Gyeong-taek (director)
& Cha Seung-won (bad guy)

Good vs. Bad: Cha towers over Han

Blah blah blah: ‘Gosh, enough already Seok-kyu! When is it
my turn at the mic?’

Pout: ‘Ask another question already, dammit!
This time, make it about my hair.’

I think he looks very sexy. Also, I think the locs suit him VERY well. I hope he doesn't cut them.

Wah, please change your hair after the movie!!! Dreadlocks don’t fit him at all! Let’s hope he doesn’t like it and decides to cut it later. Wait is that even really his real hair? Or just extensions? Do guys get extensions? Ah I’m so confused 🙁

LOL you’re right, Seok-kyu is long-winded. Cha Seung-won has to be the only Korean guy who can pull off the dreads looking like a mulatto (!!!) Now he must do a reggae song smoking big spliff!
