    Hey Varms,
Here is a link to the Wiki for Slinky
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slinky
It was a toy popular 3 or 4 generations ago. If you look at the top photo, and picture your open hands under each side of this, you could raise one hand, and the Slinky would move to the other. You could put one on stairs, and it would walk down. It was a very popular toy, in a far simpler day than today is. (I read your profile)

All these pepero posts made me want to get my hands on some. The supermarket I went to had normal Pocky but no Pepero. My search continues tomorrow…

How are u enjoying Seoul? Are you coming back soon?

Nice, they have a special day for chocolate biscuits too! =)

Then everyone would be buying it as gifts to others. =)

Peperos are those chocolate biscuit things in the first pic… My friends bought one for me on my bday last year bcoz they saw a Korean guy on the box which turned out to be Yunho! Anyway, we thougt it was just a snack and it turned out to be this Pepero thing.

I only know it’s for couples and given to people on this day but some ppl think it’s just a marketing gimmick, to create another day like Valentine’s, White Day and Black Noodles day…

Happy Pepero Day to you too!
