The drama follows the lives of four rookie detectives who are in their 20s, working in Gangnam police station. They are not very interested in their profession, but grow through their experiences together.

Eun Dae Goo (Lee Seung Gi) has a charming face, a blunt personality, plus an IQ of 150. Seo Pan Suk (Cha Seung Won) is the hot-tempered captain of the violent crime unit, who will shape the rookies.

Meanwhile, Uh Soo Sun (Go Ara) is an eager female officer who passed the civil servant exam on her fifth try. Ahn Jae Hyun and Park Jung Min portray the remaining two rookie cops in the team.
