Korea Day 2014 is here!
K-Popped! readers! Korea Day is back again! The event, organized by the Korean Society in Malaysia will be held from July 24th to 26th at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC, Megamall 3F) from 10 am to 8 pm.
The event will be a good platform for Korea lovers to mingle around, exchange cultures practices and meet new people. At the event, various exhibition such as agricultural products, Korean Halal foods, cosmetics, wedding packages and industrial products will be available.
Not forgetting entertainment wise, get to know and watch the Korean fusion music band ‘Hwang-Jin-Yi’ perform the Korean traditional instruments – Gayageum, Haegeum, Daegeum from July 24th to 25th. Excited? There’s more! Cooking classes will also be conducted to show visitors ways of making Korean dishes such as Kimchi, Korean Pancake, Bibimbap and Bulgogi.
For teenagers who love to sing and dance to K-Pop, participate in the ‘Teenagers Music Festival’ which will be on the last day of the event, from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Other than all of the above, visitors will also stand a chance to win fabulous prizes by participating in the Korean traditional plays, performances and lucky draw.
