The Legend Greets Overseas Fans for the First Time in Malaysia
“Be the LEGEND!” was the very tagline that melted all Herose (name of The Legend’s Fanclub) who attended their first overseas Meet & Greet session last Saturday in Avenue K. The management of Avenue K generously brought The Legend to be the main act for their Asian Festival that was held in the mall from March 4th till 13th.
In order to get to know the boys a bit further, we will be sharing some information bites about the group. The Legend consists of 5 members, namely Listen (Leader), Lito, Roi, Jaehyuk and Changsun who debuted last July 2014 under SS Entertainment. Labeled as “Tallest Boy Group” with the average height of 184cm, we certainly have to admit that the boys are really good-looking and very talented in many ways.
In addition, there are more amazing facts about The Legend, one of the members, Roi, is a Chinese national, while Jaehyuk lived in England and was a student at the University of London. The fact that these two members can converse well in English and Chinese has made the crowd feel closer to them.
The Legend performed “Crush On You” and “Nail” during their first stage, “I Wanna Know” and “Shadow” for the next stage. The fans were mesmerized by their energetic performance and sang along with the boys. The event was also filled by an Q&A session and Lucky Draw for the Autograph session at the end of the show.
During the Q&A session, the members mentioned that they idolized Bigbang very much and picked Mamamoo as the group that they would love to collaborate with in the future. The members also picked their song “Crush on You” as the song which best represents their heart to their beloved Herose. When asked about the music genre of the group, Jaehyuk says that they would love to try something different compared to their current music in the future.
Sad that they have to end their performance, The Legend once again came out to the stage and sang “I Wanna Know” for the encore stage with the hope to sing more songs for their Malaysian Herose when they come back to Malaysia again in the future.
The event continued with mini autograph session for the lucky fans. We got to see how sweet The Legend were towards their fans during the session. They kept on smiling and gave out heart signs coupled with a lot of flying kisses. The floor was full of screams and laughter as the boys kept giving them cute and lovely interactions.
Before the Meet & Greet session ended, the group thanked all their fans for the support and Avenue K for bringing them to Malaysia to meet the fans that they never met before and promised to come back with more a powerful music and performance.
