Cancellation of DAY6 First Fan Meeting in USA 2016

It is with much regret to announce that we are being forced to cancel DAY6 First Fan Meeting in the USA 2016 due to unforeseen circumstances such as the obtainment of the US visa.

Ticket will be refund at point of purchase while the date of refund will be announced shortly.

In regards to the refund of tickets, you may contact the respective ticketing agents – www.axs.com (Los Angeles, San Francisco) and www.ticketmaster.com (Orlando) – for your refund. For the refund method please follow the procedures listed below.

1. AXS (Los Angeles & San Francisco)

Ticket holders may contact [email protected] by providing personal details and transaction information.

2. Ticketmaster (Orlando)

For the ticket holders, who are not able to see this announcement, we are going to send out email including these informations.

Ticket holders may reply on the notification email / click on the “Get Answers Right Now (below)” in the email / contact 1-800-745-3000 by providing personal details and transaction information.

For those who purchased their tickets at the box office, kindly reach back to box office for a refund.

The validity for a refund will last for 3 weeks, starting from August 4th 2016 until August 18th 2016 for all venues. It will take about 1 to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused and regret any disappointment this may bring to all of you.
