Internationally & Locally Acclaimed Artists To Perform At PJ Live Arts, Jaya One

The concert brings together our local & International independent recording artistes, who will be performing at “From Friends To Family Concert”, held at PJ Live Arts, Jaya One, on 30th September 2017 at 7.00 PM. The featured artists will showcase a repertoire of compositions to delight audiences with a unique and unforgettable musical experience. Sponsored by Lindsay Marcus Guitars, the concert aims to encourage and inspire developing musicians, in the hope of propelling local artistes to the international stage.

Erica Cho from South Korea will be the featured artist of the concert. Erica is an emerging finger-style guitarist who is steadily earning herself a dedicated fan following. She demonstrates a lively melodic expression in her arrangements, as presented in her renditions of melodies such as Depapepe’s “Start” and through her original composition “Walking with”.

VIMA Music Award 2017 winner, JUMERO will be also featured as the main performer of the night. They describe themselves as an acoustic hippie beach pop indie band and have played in some of the biggest music festival in Malaysia including Urbanscapes, Guinness Amplify, Indie Penang and etc.

Other artists will be sharing the stage includes singer-songwriter Priscillia Xavier, contemporary fingerstyle guitarist Ian Lam, Upcoming local Fingerstyle artist Ang Ting, Indonesian singer and guitarist Obeit and Penang 2016 International finger-style guitar competition winner Gordon Chin.

Apart from the concert as the main event of the day, there will be a guitar and music workshop organized by The Guitar Lair between 1pm to 6pm at the studio. There will be also a busking session by our junior artist in The School and Frontera Mexican restaurant from 1pm to 6pm.

Tickets are priced at RM110 and 50% discount for children below 12 years of age and students with valid student ID. The ticket is available via and on-site prior to the concert.
