[Event Coverage] SEVENTEEN AT THE SAEM FANSIGN EVENT IN MALAYSIA 2019

The multitalented group SEVENTEEN was in town during the weekend for a small fansign event in Pavilion KL with their fans known as CARATs.

11 out of 13 members came to Malaysia to promote the Harakeke line from the cosmetic product The Saem which is available in Parkson Elite Pavilion and Playup Advance stores.
Fans of the group have been waiting as early as 4am and the throng rushed in when the store opens at 10am to secure good viewing areas. SEVENTEEN, albeit being 2 hours late, managed to make the fans who were getting tired and exhausted pumped up with energy the moment their arrival was announced. While the fan sang the song “Thank You (고맙다)” in unison, the group walked in to the mall, decked in white shirts and blue denim pants.

“We are truly sorry for being late and thankful for the welcome that we receive from the fans” said American born Joshua when the MC for the event, Serena C mentioned about the fans.

“We feel touched seeing the fans here today, thank you for coming and patiently waiting for us. We would also like to say thank you for supporting us. We love you all” said Vernon.

SEVENTEEN also captured their fans attention more when they performed the cute Harakeke dance. Vernon and DK were also celebrated as fans prepared individual cakes for the both of them as their birthdays are in February (February 18).

At the fansign, 150 fans received signed posters from 6 members.
