Touch: Be Reborn with My Touch
Touch is a 16-episode romance comedy starring Joo Sang-wook (Fates & Furies, Grand Prince, Cunning Single Lady), Kim Bo-ra (SKY Castle, Her Private Life), Lee Tae-hwan (What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim, W: Two Worlds Apart) & Han Da-gam (Return, Golden Cross). This is a drama about a makeup artist who becomes unemployed with debt and an idol trainee who failed to debut after training for 10 years. When the two meet, they begin to chase after their dreams once again.
Cha Jung-hyuk (Joo Sang-wook) was a popular make-up artist who pursued perfection, but he is now in debt and unemployed. Though he seems perfect on the exterior, he hides pain and scars on the inside. Han Soo-yeon (Kim Bo-ra) has been an idol trainee for 10 years, but failed to debut due to a mysterious case. She then finds her new talent as a make-up artist. Soo-yeon meets Jung-hyuk who is back as a make-up artist. She begins working as his assistant and they fall in love with each other.
Meanwhile, Baek Ji-yoon (Han Da-gam) is a top actress who has strong desire for success and she yearns for Jung-hyuk. Kang Do-jin (Lee Tae-hwan) is a popular actor. Even though he has exceptional looks and charm, he stumbles in the face of love. He’s an innocent guy with imperfections in front of his one true love, Soo-yeon.
This is Joo Sang-wook’s first comeback in 2 years as the main lead since 2018. Joo Sang-wook has often played characters who possess both strength and a gentle side; his transformation into a makeup artist is raising anticipation among fans with this drama. He will show a fun side that he has never shown before to captivate viewers. Kim Bo-ra has been widely praised for her acting skills and getting a lot of attention since her roles in SKY Castle & Her Private Life. With acting experience that spans over 13 years, she will certainly impress viewers with her solid performance.
Viewers also can look forward to seeing the inspiring and exciting tale between the employee & her supervisor with their risky secret office romance, through the portrayal of Joo Sang-wook & Kim Bo-ra.
