The classic Green Tea Cleansing Line has been reformulated to deliver even more hydration. Sporting a new name and updated, minimalistic look, the products in this line have been enhanced with newly added amino acids to gently cleanse while providing hydration to keep your skin’s moisture barrier healthy.
Cleansing is key, but it shouldn’t strip your skin of its natural moisture. Excessive cleansing can remove the natural moisturising factor (NMF) from the stratum corneum and weaken the skin’s moisture barrier. Over time, this can cause your skin to dry out and become prone to sensitivity.

The Green Tea Balancing Line has been upgraded to activate the natural moisturising factor (NMF) of your skin. Created for those with oily, combination, and dehydrated skin, the products in this line are mild, hydrating, and fragrance-free. They contain Beauty Green Tea and innisfree’s Triple-Amino™, which are rich in amino acids, as well as hyaluronic acid to balance skin’s oil and moisture level while keeping the skin hydrated all day long.
The balancing line also contains mild PHA to remove dead skin cells, zinc PCA to control sebum secretion and to effectively retain moisture, and niacinamide to leave you with a clear complexion.

Last year, innisfree’s No. 1) serum, Green Tea Seed Serum, had its formula upgraded with Green Tea Biome (Green Tea Tri-biotics™), a combination of pro-, pre-, and post-biotics to balance the skin’s microbiome and reinforce a healthy skin moisture barrier. Now, the rest of the Green Tea Seed line is following in its wake.
With Green Tea Biome, the products in this line open up the moisture path to improve skin absorption and strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier.
