[Event Coverage] A Majestic Night With MAMAMOO At MYCON KL
After years of waiting, Malaysian MooMoo’s dream to meet their idols on the stage finally came true after MAMAMOO chosen Malaysia as one of their stop for their MYCON World Tour. Brought by Macpie Pro, MYCON in Kuala Lumpur was held in Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam last Saturday, 11th February 2013. Even after a week, all the song still lingering our mind as the show was completely breathtaking from the start till the end.
The concert began around 8pm with seats fully filled with the fans and white-green lightsticks. The show started strong with MAMAMOO singing 1,2,3,eoi!, Mr. Ambiguous and the medley of their famous songs like Um Oh Ah Yeh, Freakin Shoes, New York and Dinga Dinga.
After the first performance, MAMAMOO introduced themselves to all the fans and said that they had been waiting for so long to see Malaysian MooMoo. Then moved to their next performance of their chart topping songs such as AYA and ILLELA.
The show got even hotter after MAMAMOO went backstage for costume change and got back to the stage with hot solo performance such as Watercolor, Honey, TWIT, Eclipse and the most infamous solo by Hwasa, Maria. The fans cheered loudly through all the stages as all the performances were jawdropping.
The showed continued for 3 hours and ended around 11pm. With total of 23songs and few Skits VR in between segments, MAMAMOO had given Malaysia’s fans such a great performance and energy throughout the whole show. Ended their MYCON in Kuala Lumpur with Um Oh Ah Yeah, MAMAMOO bids farewell and promised to return again one day for Moomoo.
We had a great time at the show and feel like 3 hours was so short to enjoy the fully entertaining performance from MAMAMOO. We couldnt thank the organizer enough for inviting us to this great show. Thank you.
