[Review] SUPER JUNIOR: THE LAST MAN STANDING
In celebration of a new year and the group’s 18th anniversary, a new documentary about legendary Korean pop band SUPER JUNIOR will be released exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar, January 18.
Titled SUPER JUNIOR: THE LAST MAN STANDING, this documentary follows the band from their inception as SUPER JUNIOR 05, and traces their record success – first across Asia and then the world. Offering fans a behind-the-scenes look at SUPER JUNIOR and its members – Lee Teuk, Hee Chul, Ye Sung, Shin Dong, Eun Hyuk, Dong Hae, Si Won, Ryeo Wook, and Kyu Hyun – this documentary features never-before-seen interviews with the group’s members as they look back on their stellar career, recounting personal stories and feelings to provide fans and viewers with unmissable new insights into the group and the modern K-pop industry.
SUPER JUNIOR bring us back through the memory lane with laugh and tears throughout the episodes. It was heartwarming and inspiring to see how all of them struggle from their trainee days until the become the world superstar.
In a recent interview, we asked SUPER JUNIOR, what are the tips to maintain the good relationship between members? Ryeowook said every time other members have solo concert or fan events, he will go there to congratulate the members personally. Leeteuk said he bought them dinner instead!
