Check Out Some Of The Releases This Year!
Looking back, 2023 has been a wonderful year, especially when it comes to its music releases. As we approach the end of this year, we wanted to share with you some of the great music releases this year.
EVERGLOW
EVERGLOW is a 6-member K-pop girl group under Yue Hua Entertainment Korea. The members include E:U, SIHYEON, MIA, ONDA, AISHA, and YIREN. Four of their music videos have garnered over 100M views each on YouTube and four of their songs have over 100M streams on Spotify alone. Since their debut in 2019, they won the Best Music Video Award at the 2021 Asia Artist Awards for “Pirate”, and the Post Generation Award at the 2022 Hanteo Music Awards.
On August 18th, EVERGLOW released their 4th mini album All My Girls!
BBGIRLS
BBGIRLS (브브걸), is a four-member girl group under Warner Music Korea, consisting of MINYOUNG, YOUJOUNG, EUNJI, and YUNA. Previously known as Brave Girls, they officially rebranded to the name BBGIRLS on May 3rd, 2023. They were the first girl group to top the Melon monthly chart for 3 consecutive months. Their song “Rollin’” achieved the longest period among Korean girl group songs on the Melon daily chart for 553 consecutive days and topped the Melon weekly chart for 8 consecutive weeks. Their music video for “Chi Mat Ba Ram” also hit 30 million views only 10 days after its release.
On August 3rd, they released their debut single, One More Time!
cignature
cignature is a seven-member K-Pop girl group that debuted on February 4, 2020 under J9 Entertainment. The seven members are JEEWON, SEMI, CHAESOL, BELLE, SELINE, CHLOE, and DOHEE. J9 Entertainment is a sub label under C9 Entertainment who manages CIX, EPEX, YOUNHA, and LEESEOKHOON. In 2022, they won the Blooming Star Award at the Hanteo Music Awards. They currently have two music videos that have garnered over 10M views on YouTube, “AURORA” and “Boyfriend”.
As of July 2023, cignature are continuing their promotions as a six-member group as BELLE participates in SBS’ audition program Universe Ticket.
On August 29th, they released their fourth EP, Us in the Summer!
tripleS LOVElution and EVOLution
tripleS is a K-pop girl group that debuted on February 13, 2023 under Modhaus Inc. They have 24 members of which only 16 have been revealed so far (AUG 2023) and are unique in that their group units and promotions are decided by their fans. LOVElution and EVOLution are their newest subunits formed from fan votes in Grand Gravity. A “Gravity” is an event where fans can vote on Cosmo : the Gate, the official tripleS and ARTMS app created by Modhaus Inc., for a range of different things such as lineups for subunits, the order in which units promote, the title track, and other things related to the fandom. To vote, each fan must cast a COMO (a voting token), which is obtained through purchasing objekts (a type of photocard NFT). The LOVElution unit includes eight members: SeoYeon, HyeRin, YuBin, Kaede, DaHyun, Nien, SoHyun, and Xinyu. And the EVOLution unit includes eight members: YooYeon, Mayu, NaKyoung, Kotone, ChaeYeon, JiWoo, SooMin, and YeonJi. Some of their other well known subunits are Acid Angel from Asia, +(KR)ystal Eyes, and ACID EYES.
On August 17th, LOVElution released their debut mini-album, LOVElution <ↀ> (Muhan) and on October 11th, EVOLution released their debut mini-album EVOLution <⟡> (Mujuk)!
Secret Number
SECRET NUMBER is a multinational K-Pop girl group under Vine Entertainment. The group consists of 6 members: Léa from Japan, the first Indonesian K-Pop star Dita, Jinny from the USA, and Minji, Soodam and Zuu from South Korea. Their name stands for the special numbers every person has in their passwords and PIN codes, such as their birthdays or some other special number. They wanted to create a special meaning and connection similar to this with their fans. They debuted on May 19, 2020 with the single album Who Dis?.
On May 24th, we worked with them on their sixth single album, 독사 (DOXA)!
ZEROBASEONE
ZEROBASEONE (often abbreviated as ZB1) was created by Mnet’s popular K-Pop Survival program, BOYS PLANET, which began airing in February 2023. The show reached #1 TV ratings for 10 consecutive weeks in South Korea, and it reached 50 million cumulative online viewers globally. The program received votes throughout the airing for the elimination of artists in the show as well as for the final members of ZEROBASEONE from over 184 countries and regions as well as accumulated 15 billion votes from 6.8 million Star Creators (the name for the fans who participated in the voting).
The nine final members, SUNG HAN BIN, KIM JI WOONG, ZHANG HAO, SEOK MATTHEW, KIM TAE RAE, RICKY, KIM GYU VIN, PARK GUN WOOK, and HAN YU JIN, emerged victorious from Mnet’s program, and made their official debut on July 10th, 2023, with their mini-album, YOUTH IN THE SHADE. The group name “ZEROBASEONE” symbolizes the “glorious beginning” of the nine members born from zero to one. It also encapsulates their vow to embark on a free journey from incomplete zero to the unity of one, alongside their fan club, ZEROSE.
ZEROBASEONE is managed by WAKEONE Entertainment, under CJ ENM.
They debuted on July 10th with their mini-album, YOUTH IN THE SHADE!

EVNNE
EVNNE is a seven-member South Korean boy group managed by Jellyfish Entertainment. The members include KEITA, PARK HANBIN, LEE JEONGHYEON, YOO SEUNGEON, JI YUNSEO, MUN JUNGHYUN, and PARK JIHOO, all of whom have already been recognized for their talents through music survival shows, most notably, Mnet’s popular K-Pop Survival program, BOYS PLANET. The group name EVNNE, which stands for “Evening’s Newest Étoiles,” holds the members’ wishes to shine higher and brighter than anybody else and to have all eyes on them.
They debuted this year on September 19th with their first mini-album, [Target: ME]!
