CJ ENM Reveals Nominations for 2023 MAMA AWARDS

Leading entertainment company CJ ENM revealed the nominations for 2023 MAMA AWARDS. The biggest night of K-POP will take place on November 28 and 29 at Tokyo Dome, Japan. The event will also air live on various global platforms, including CJ ENM’s music channel Mnet.

The album/song eligibility period runs from October 22, 2022 throughout September 30, 2023. The albums, songs and artists are assessed based on a holistic evaluation of global music data and a panel of specialists.

As for the Worldwide Fans’ Choice category, the winners are determined by global fan votes. The 1st round of nomination votes will take place from October 19 to October 30, after which the 2nd round will continue on from November 6 to November 20. Fans can vote on the K-culture platform Mnet Plus and the world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service Spotify, which is also one of the sponsors for 2023 MAMA AWARDS.

Just like last year, the vote count and process will be verified by Samil PwC to ensure transparency and fairness of the voting process and results.
