NCT DREAM adds new flavour to their latest hit single with iScreaM Vol.31 : Smoothie Remix. Comprised of two tracks — ‘Smoothie (Arkins Remix)’ and ‘Smoothie’ — the remix is available now on various music sites including iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, and more. Listen HERE.
As an exhilarating new interpretation of the track, ‘Smoothie (Arkins Remix)’ features the prodigious producer Arkins, whose popularity on short-form platforms was propelled by the infectious hit ‘Bongduck Rangers’. With his signature flair, Arkins has reimagined ‘Smoothie’ in a scintillating Vina House style, infusing it with lively synthesizer beats that elevate the infectious chorus to new heights. Originally released as the focus track for NCT DREAM’s latest album “DREAM( )SCAPE” on 25 March, ‘Smoothie’ is a captivating hip-hop song with an enticing bassline and rhythmic chants that create a groovy vibe. The lyrics capture the essence of NCT DREAM’s playfulness and positivity, urging listeners to dismiss negativity from the world and within themselves and instead, turn it into a “smoothie” and drink it away.
Later this year, NCT DREAM will embark on their third world tour, ‘THE DREAM SHOW 3’, kicking off in Seoul in May 2024. Stay tuned for tour dates in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe to be announced on 8 May.
NCT DREAM placed on various music charts both domestically and internationally with their third album “ISTJ” in July 2023, and showcased their talent worldwide with their second world tour ‘THE DREAM SHOW 2′ with 41 stops across 26 cities. The group also delivered showstopping performances at iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball concerts in Boston, Washington D.C., and Atlanta this past holiday season and were recently nominated for “K-pop Artist of the Year” at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
