[Event Coverage] “Malaysian Fans, Sayang-hae!” Lee Junho
We are delighted that we made it to Lee Junho’s 1st fan meeting “Junho The Moment 2023”. The Fanmeet was held in Megastar Arena, Sungei Wang at 5 PM and the venue was fullhouse for both 1st and 2nd floor. Proving that he still hold the power of a member from 2nd generation leading idol group 2PM, Junho attracted many Korean, Japanese and other country fans to fly themselves to his show in Kuala Lumpur this time.
Starting his show with Nobody Else, Junho appeared on the stage with glittery black suit stealing every gaze from the floor. Once finished, Junho greeted all the fans in Malay and mentioned that he is very happy to finally get to meet with Hottest after 12 years since his last visit to Malaysia.
He then invited the Emcee, Hani Fadzil to the stage to start the Fanmeeting activity. The 1st session was TMI session where Junho shared about his phone wallpaper (which is his cat), asking his fans which side of winks they like him to do and impersonate a scene from his latest drama, King The Land.
Thoughout the questionaire, Hani took the opportunity to teach Junho to say malay word play and ask him to say ‘Sayang’ for 7 time to create a phrase “Honey, i love you, do you love me?”. The audience cheered him and went awe with his sweet words.
After the session, Junho back to the stage performing his unreleased song “Nothing But You”. Then the fanmeet continue with the games with fans. Lucky fans were picked from the board where they left Junho the message before entering the hall. The session filled with scream and laughter as Junho was challenged to have eye contact game, dance battle, recording ASMR alarm and posing with Sexycute pose.
Done with the game, Junho continuing his show with performing to his few other songs like ‘Im in Love’ and ‘Can I’. After the full hearted performance, Junho sat down for a while to enjoy the VCR prepared by his fans for him. The fans sending him a message that they have been waiting for his return to Malaysia for so long and grateful that they could meet him again. Touched with the the message prepared by Malaysian Hottest, Junho promised to be back to Malaysia on his next as soon as he could and closed ‘Junho The Moment 2023’ with his last song ‘WOW’
