Global icon, Tiffany Young, has announced her highly anticipated debut solo studio album, Edge of Calm, arriving worldwide on August 20 via Pacific Music Group (PMG). Alongside the album announcement, Tiffany also unveiled the Tiffany Young: Edge of Calm Tour, which will bring her new music to fans across major cities in Asia this fall. Tickets for the first Hong Kong show go on sale on July 24 at 12pm (local time).

Marking a defining new chapter in her solo career, Edge of Calm embraces the warmth and emotional honesty fans have come to love while exploring bold new sonic territory. The 11-track album captures the emotional space where quiet tension gives way to serenity, a place where vulnerability, growth, and self-discovery intersect. Blending multiple genres, Edge of Calm reflects Tiffany‘s decade long evolution as a solo artist.

Best known as a member of Girls’ Generation, one of the most influential groups in global pop history, Tiffany Young has spent more than a decade helping shape the worldwide evolution of K-pop. Now, Edge of Calm finds her entering a new era defined by artistic freedom, creative confidence, and a truly global perspective. The album follows Tiffany‘s celebratory pre-release single, “Summer’s Not Over,” released earlier this year in honor of the 10th anniversary of her solo debut. The single offered listeners an early glimpse into the world of Edge of Calm, with the official music video surpassing 1.8 million YouTube views and the track earning more than 367,000 Spotify streams.

Visually, Edge of Calm explores the duality reflected in its title. “Edge” symbolizes the tension, anticipation, and complete immersion that exist just before tranquility, represented through shades of green, while “Calm” embodies emotional balance, peace, and clarity through blue. Together, these contrasting themes create a rich visual identity that mirrors the album’s emotional journey. Further elevating the project, Tiffany played an integral role throughout the creative process, personally overseeing the album’s concept development, styling, visual direction, and music video storytelling. Her involvement results in her most cohesive artistic vision to date, while collaborations with featured artists further expand the album’s sonic landscape.

To celebrate the release of Edge of Calm, Tiffany will embark on the Tiffany Young: Edge of Calm Tour, beginning on September 12 in Hong Kong. The tour continues through Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei (two shows), Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, and concludes with a special homecoming performance in Seoul on December 27.

Edge of Calm showcases Tiffany’s evolution not only as a vocalist and performer, but also as a songwriter, creative director, and storyteller.
