In order to boost stamina, people eat this Samgyetang as food medicine. Tosokchon is one of the oldest Samgyetang restaurants in Seoul that you should not miss!

B. Naengmyeon

Naengmyeon, a Korean cold noodle in a beef- or pork-based broth, is a very popular summer dish in Korea. There are two types of Naengmyeon and they are Mul-naengmyeon and Bibim-naengmyeon. The former has abundant broth whereas the latter has less broth but with more seasoned red-pepper sauce.
