An unattractive and overweight Sa Geum Ran has a bad fate in life – her husband cheats on her, and her sisters-in-law and mother-in-law bully her. She is ultimately driven to suicide… or is she?
After she gets a successful make-over by plastic surgeon Han Tae Hee (Joo Sang Wook), the beautiful Sa Ra (Han Ye Seul) joins hands with him to get revenge against those who’ve wronged and betrayed them.
